A few exciting opportunities to work with our small and dynamic team at BerinMade has come up! We are a rapidly growing stationery company based in London UK.

Our brand and products are featured across all national bridal press regularly, most notably Conde Nast Brides, You & Your Wedding, Rock My Wedding, and Love My Dress. Our stationery and gift products are stocked across the UK and countries around the world, in iconic stores such as Selfridges, Liberty of London, with exclusive collections with Oliver Bonas and Chronicle Books. Our creative director Erin Hung currently sits on the judging panel of The Wedding Industry Awards, and writes for Oh So Beautiful Paper and Love My Dress.

1. Team Co-ordinator

Please note: This is not a creative role

Hours per week: 5

Location: Remote

Perfect for: planners, organisers, industry professionals

Salary: £42.50-50.00 per week, dependent on experience

This role reports directly to Operations Director, Ben Hung.

Main task: Team Co-ordination.

Duties include:

Communications for operations between design team and fulfilment warehouse, ensuring the smooth dispatch of orders
Take enquiry/pricing, deposits, contracts, organising sample pack dispatch
Facilitates timelines for clients
Co-ordinating different suppliers and quantities; orders envelopes and other needed packing supplies
Checks with clients for feedback

Candidate will:

have a can-do attitude, and is resourceful
remain calm under pressure
be a great communicator
be hyper-organised
have an excellent eye for detail
have proficiency in Microsoft office and comfortable with client interaction
prior work experience mandatory

2. Wedding Project Manager

Hours per week: 10-14

Location: Central London (for 2 months training); Remote thereafter

Perfect for: Freelance designers, design graduates

Salary: £120-210 per week negotiable

This role reports directly to Creative Director, Erin Hung.

Main task: Managing incoming wedding orders in the Ready to Go and Semi-Custom collection.

Duties include:

Proofing designs, setting up artwork for print production
Communications with wedding clients
Assisting Erin with the creation of new wedding collections and all promotional materials
Assisting with product styled shoots

Candidate will:

have a love of design and eye for detail & perfection
have a can-do attitude, and is resourceful
be a people person, friendly and approachable
be independently motivated
be reliable and reachable on email
have knowledge and experience in print production, in particular digital-printing, foil-blocking and die-cutting.
have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
have working knowledge of Silhouette Cameo (or equivalent) a big plus

3. Creative Assistant

Hours per week: 5

Location: Central London

Perfect for: Creative graduates, entry level

Salary: £40 per week + travel- Project duration is 10 weeks.

This role reports directly to Creative Director, Erin Hung.

Main task: A special project involving lots of DIYs and creative, handmade work;

Duties include:

hand-making craft projects for photoshoots
general photo shoot assistance
sourcing, co-ordinating props and returns

Candidate will:

have a love of creativity, is imaginative and can think outside the box
have a can-do attitude, and is resourceful
be reliable and punctual
be flexible and calm under pressure
be willing to learn and work hard
photography skills is a big plus
